A long-term veteran of the hotel industry, Gus has held positions such as Director of Sales & Marketing for the Embassy Suites Miami and Associate DOS for the Conrad Hotel Miami. In addition, he has held numerous sales, operations, and revenue management roles in both branded and independent hotels.

Doug first met Gus as a client when he was a reservations manager for hotels in Miami, after which Gus even worked for Doug’s previous training company, HSA International. Being fully bilingual, Gus will also assist KTN with presenting sales and hospitality training to Latin American clients when needed.
